Our Cut Your Own Flowers experience is officially open for the season! This year's flower field features EIGHT (!!) varieties of zinnias in a rainbow of summer colors. Fun fact: Zinnias are one of the longest-lasting cut flowers, so with a little fresh water and care, your hand-picked bouquet can brighten your home for a week or more!

Big news is brewing at Smolak Farms! We're excited to share that Atomic Coffee Roasters is now brewing in the Farm Stand! Starting this week, every cup of coffee served in the Farm Stand is brewed with Atomic Coffee Roasters. As a family-owned farm, we love supporting other family-owned businesses, especially those right here on the North Shore. That's why we're proud to partner with Atomic Coffee Roasters, a local company that has been roasting exceptional coffee since 1996.

On Friday, August 7, we're bringing the taste of the coast to Smolak Farms thanks to our friends at Blue Bonnet Oyster Co. The evening includes: Fresh raw bar, Lobster rolls, Smolak's famous cider donuts, Ice cream bar, and a cash bar featuring cocktails, beer, and wine. Tickets are $125 per person and are on sale now. The 2026 Summer of Whim reveal has officially begun. The first dates and featured chefs for our 2026 Summer Whim Dinner Series at Smolak Farms have arrived ... and tickets are now on sale. Featured restaurants in July include: Massimino's Cucina Italiana (July 15), Vivacino Restaurant (July 22), Gibbet Hill Grill (July 29). A taste of tradition has returned to Smolak Farms. As part of our spring reopening, many of the farm’s classic recipes are making their way back into the Farm Stand bakery case — bringing back the flavors and memories that generations of customers have loved through the years. Smolak Farms is seeking a dependable, animal-loving team member to help support the daily care and management of our Animal Playground. This role combines hands-on animal care with guest interaction and educational engagement in a unique farm setting. Our animal area is home to more than 70 animals, including European fallow deer, goats, sheep, pigs, alpacas, rabbits, and several species of birds.
