The 2026 Summer of Whim reveal has officially begun. The first dates and featured chefs for our 2026 Summer Whim Dinner Series at Smolak Farms have arrived ... and tickets are now on sale. Featured restaurants in July include: Massimino's Cucina Italiana (July 15), Vivacino Restaurant (July 22), Gibbet Hill Grill (July 29). This is just the beginning — August restaurant announcements are coming shortly
A taste of tradition has returned to Smolak Farms. As part of our spring reopening, many of the farm’s classic recipes are making their way back into the Farm Stand bakery case — bringing back the flavors and memories that generations of customers have loved through the years. Stop by to enjoy old favorites, fresh baked treats, and a little taste of nostalgia. The Farm Stand will be open daily from 7am–6pm starting May 9th.

Smolak Farms is seeking a dependable, animal-loving team member to help support the daily care and management of our Animal Playground. This role combines hands-on animal care with guest interaction and educational engagement in a unique farm setting. Our animal area is home to more than 70 animals, including European fallow deer, goats, sheep, pigs, alpacas, rabbits, and several species of birds. Tickets are officially ON SALE for our Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 4. Children ages 1 to 9 will search for eggs, meet the Easter Bunny, and enjoy a morning of spring fun including hayrides, music, lawn games, and of course… our fresh apple cider donuts will be available for purchase. Egg Hunt Times: 11 AM - Ages 1-4 & 12 PM - Ages 5-9.

Join us for a holiday themed morning! We will be decorating stockings, and making our very own reindeer food. Tickets are $16 (per child and one adult) and include one blank stocking and all of the supplies you'll need to decorate them, a small hot chocolate, and all the ingredients you need to make some homemade reindeer food!
