You may return an item for refund with a valid receipt within 10 days of purchase.

The item MUST be in its original packaging and condition and be eligible for resale.

All refunds (except on faulty goods) are given at the discretion of management.


Special Orders

Refunds will not be given on special orders and baked goods that have been pre-ordered and paid in full (online, in-person, or on the phone).
