Whim: Celebrating 15 Years of Farm-to-Table Dining
Whim is a unique “pop-up” dining experience held on Wednesday evenings during the summer at Smolak Farms. Join some of New England’s finest chefs as they prepare a multi-course dinner in the Smolak Farms Pine Grove. Celebrating 15 years of Whim, this farm-to-table experience highlights seasonal produce, much of which is grown right on our farm. The menu is crafted by guest chefs based on the freshest ingredients available, with new creations shared “on a Whim.” Menus will be posted at least 2 weeks in advance.
All of our Whim Dinner series events feature a pre-fixed menu that are prepared under our Smolak Farms tent. Our chefs will do their best to accommodate any dietary or allergen restrictions that we are made aware of ahead of time. Unfortunately we may not be able to accommodate last minute requests since the meals will be prepared on site. Due to the volume of food being prepared by the chef, we are unable to accommodate food preferences. Allergies are accommodated and final.
