Thanksgiving is a time for gathering with family and friends, sharing favorite traditions, and enjoying delicious food. At Smolak Farms, we’re excited to help make your holiday celebration a little more special!

Our new Farm Stand and Bakery team is preparing a wonderful selection of freshly baked pies, homemade apple crisp, fresh Thanksgiving turkeys, and seasonal favorites to bring to your holiday table.

🥧 Freshly Baked Thanksgiving Pies

No Thanksgiving table is complete without pie! Our Bakery team is excited to offer six delicious varieties for your holiday celebrations.

Our 2026 Thanksgiving Pie Selection:

Whether you’re a fan of traditional pumpkin pie or love a classic apple crumb, there’s something for everyone!

Looking for another delicious Thanksgiving dessert? Our homemade apple crisp is a wonderful addition to your holiday table.

Available in two sizes:

  • Regular Apple Crisp

🦃 Fresh Thanksgiving Turkeys

Make a fresh turkey the centerpiece of your Thanksgiving feast!

We’ll have a limited selection of fresh turkeys available for advance ordering in the following weight ranges:

  • 12–14 pounds
  • 16–18 pounds
  • 18–20 pounds
  • 20–22 pounds

Quantities are limited, so we encourage you to order early once ordering opens!

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering to reserve your turkey.

Don’t forget our famous Smolak Farms apple cider donuts!

Customers placing Thanksgiving orders may also add apple cider donuts by the dozen to their holiday pickup.

Advance donut orders are available by the dozen only.

📞 How to Place Your Thanksgiving Order

This year, our Farm Stand team will be personally assisting guests with Thanksgiving orders by phone (978-682-6332, ext. 0) or in person to help make the ordering process as smooth and simple as possible.

All Thanksgiving orders must be placed by phone or in person at the Farm Stand. Online ordering will not be available.

  • Ordering Deadline: Monday, November 16, 2026
  • Pie, Apple Crisp & Donut Orders: Payment in full is required when placing your order.
  • Fresh Turkey Orders: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your turkey.
  • Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.

Phone number and finalized pricing will be posted when ordering officially opens.

📅 Thanksgiving Order Pickup

To make holiday pickups as convenient and organized as possible, guests will select a morning or afternoon pickup window when placing their order.

Thanksgiving Order Pickup Dates:

  • Monday, November 23
  • Tuesday, November 24
  • Wednesday, November 25

Please note that Thanksgiving preorders cannot be picked up on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26.

🍂 Thanksgiving Day at the Farm Stand

Our Farm Stand will be open on Thanksgiving Day from 7 AM–1 PM for those last-minute holiday needs!

We’ll have a limited selection of extra pies, baked goods, and prepared sides available for purchase while supplies last.

These items will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will not be accepting advance orders for Thanksgiving sides this year.
