Smolak Farms in North Andover is looking for full or part-time production bakers and pie makers!
Duties include:
- Baking for production in our Farm Stand of pies, muffins and other farm bakery products
- Creating and expanding menus for our grab and go food line (we want someone who can build and expand on this line in volume)
- Short order cook and ability to make breakfast and regular sandwiches
- We are looking for someone who is hardworking and organized
- Some inventory control and ordering
- Experienced working in a kitchen in a fast-paced environment
- Very organized and efficient
Hours:
- Position is hourly and can be PT or FT
- Evening and nighttime shifts available
- Some weekend work is required
- Variable schedule during the year – September and October are the busiest months
- Winter months are slower with more off time available
Compensation:
$15-$18/hour based on experience
