Pricing

Birthday parties start at:

$560 (spring & summer)
$645 (September–October peak season)

Food selections and add-ons are available for an additional cost.

Party Times

Birthday parties are offered in three convenient time slots:

  • 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
  • 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

Designed for Younger Celebrators

Our birthday program is best suited for:

Children ages 2 to 6

Each party includes:

  • Up to 15 children
  • Option to add additional guests

This structure helps create a fun, manageable, and engaging experience for everyone attending.

Farm-Themed Party Setting

All birthday parties take place in our beautifully decorated barn space featuring a charming Life on a Farm theme.

To keep the experience easy and stress-free:

  • Decorations are already set up for you
  • No setup required by families
  • Outside decorations are not permitted

This allows our team to focus on creating a smooth and memorable celebration.

Food Options

Families may choose to add food to their party package, including options like:

  • Pizza
  • Mac & cheese
  • Donuts
  • Fruit salad
  • Coffee for adults

Birthday cake or cupcakes are welcome and may be brought from a licensed bakery or store.

Picking containers will be distributed at the end of the party and guests may pick at their own leisure. Party coordinators will not accompany guests in any orchard

A Few Helpful Policies

To help parties run smoothly:

  • Outside decorations are not permitted
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted (except cake/cupcakes)
  • Open flames are not allowed inside the barn
  • Party add-ons are self-guided after the event

Our team will guide your party throughout the scheduled celebration time.

Smolak Farms Birthday Guidelines

  • A deposit is required to formally book your birthday party. The balance of the party is due the day before the event no later than noon. Failure to provide payment by this time will result in cancellation of the party. Deposits are non-refundable and birthday parties take place rain or shine.
  • There is designated party parking, but if it is full, additional parking is available in the field by the pond. While there is no parking at the barn, you are welcome to drop items off prior to the party and pick items up after the party.
  • Per fire-code, there can be no open flames in the barn. We provide a battery-operated blow-out candle.
  • You are allowed inside the barn 15 minutes prior to your party’s start time. Please do not arrive before then as our hosts and hostesses may still be cleaning from a prior party.
  • Please be aware that the barn is unheated, so we ask that you dress in accordance with the weather
  • Flush toilets are not available in the barn. Portable toilets are available just outside the barn.
  • Tips for the hostesses are not included in party package pricing, but are appreciated when good service is provided. Cash is preferred.
  • Outside food, drink or unauthorized parties are not permitted on the Smolak Farms property. (with the exception of cake)
