We’re excited to welcome SIX chefs from different Encore restaurants, each preparing one course of the meal. Chefs Russell Parker, Kyle Bradish, Joseph Leibowitz, Tim Hixson, Steven Morlino and Richard Chen will be with us, cooking up an incredible 6-course meal.   About our Whim Dinner Series: Each summer we host a series of dinners (usually) on Wednesday nights under our three-peak tent with chefs from the local area.
