Our farm makes a great venue for family photos during any season. If you are interested in using our farm for photography purposes, please click on the links below and read them through.
Please print the below photo permit, fill out, and bring it with you to Smolak Farms.

Photo Regulations
Please review the photo permit and policies linked above. Here are some additional regulations.
- Do not block access to pathways, roads, or farm areas.
- Guests should come dressed and prepared for their photo session. There are no changing areas available.
- Photography sessions must not interfere with the enjoyment of other visitors or create any safety concerns.
- All pets must always be on-leash.
- Please use the existing beauty of our Farm as your backdrop
- Equipment or props such as: blankets, tents, chairs, stools, canopies, ropes, stanchions, amplifiers, tables, rice, birdseed, confetti, streamers, balloons, bubbles, or the release of any type of live animals are allowed.
- You may not have alcohol, weapons, firearms, flammable materials, open flames, and or pyrotechnics on our property.
- You may not damage or pick any plants or flowers.
- You must maintain appropriate dress — no nudity or indecent exposure.
- Please notify the Farm Stand staff immediately if there are any injuries, damage to government property, safety hazards or security concerns.
