DESCRIPTION:It’s almost HALLOWEEN! And we’re excited to offer some fun and safe activities to celebrate! See below for our full line-up of family fun on October 31st\, 2020. \n  \nKids Halloween Costume Contest/Parade in the Animal Area\nPrize will be given for Best Costume!\n\nTime: 12:30pm in the animal area\nCost: $12/child (Price includes: pumpkin decorating (all supplies provided)\, a goody bag\, cider donut and animal feed)\nSpace is very limited\, and you MUST register by Friday\, October 30th at 10:00am. You can reserve your spot by emailing education@smolakfarms.com. No tickets will be available at the time of the event. \n  \nOutdoor Story & Craft \n\nStory: Room on the Broom\nCraft: Paper plate witches\nPicking: Apples\nTimes: 11am\, 12pm\, 1pm daily\nCost: $15/child (Price includes: story\, craft\, donut snack\, animal feed\, and a pumpkin picked by each child)\nLocation: White tent in front of the barn — please bring your own blankets!\nAttire: we encourage kids to dress according to this week’s theme! \nReservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the day of the event. You can reserve your spot by emailing education@smolakfarms.com. No tickets will be available at the time of the event. \n\n  \nThemed Hayrides \nThis weekend\, our rides will be Halloween Extravaganza-themed. We encourage attendees to dress accordingly if they feel so inclined! \nCost: \n\n$14 for children – includes cider donut snack\, goody bag\, animal feed\n$7 for adults – for hayride only\n\nSchedule: 10am\, 11am\, 12pm\, 1pm\, 2pm\, 3pm \nReservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the day of the event. You can reserve your spot by emailing education@smolakfarms.com. No tickets will be available at the time of the event. \n  \nHop-On Hayrides \nHayride picks up and drops off next to the Information Booth. Reservations are not necessary\, and tickets can be purchased at the Information Booth. \nCost: $7 for anyone ages 2 and up \n  \nApple Picking \nPricing for the 2020 season is as follows: \n\n$25 – peck\n$40 – half-bushel ($5 extra for a woven basket you get to keep)\n$2 entrance fee/person
