DESCRIPTION - - - - - - - - | The Smolak Farms Nature & Craft program is an educational program for children ages 4-6 | | (Your child must be 4 years of age before June 23, 2008 to participate) . Children will | spend the days seeing, hearing , touching and exploring the farm .We will get to know our | | farm animals , go on nature walks and weekly hayrides. There will also be plenty of | | singing, storytelling and craft making as the children expand their appreciation of the | | world around them. Each week is based on a specific theme. Each day the children will be | | treated to a snack of our famous cider donuts and juice . | | |
TIMES & COST | Part 1 : Nature Program (9:00am-10:30am) | $15.00 per day for Nature Program only | | Part 2: Craft Program (10:30am—12:00pm) | $15.00 per day for Craft Program only | | $30.00 per day for both | |
Full payment is due at the time of registration by cash, check, VISA or MasterCard. No Refunds will be issued for any reason. | DRESS -The Nature & Craft Program is held rain or shine. Please have your child dress appropriately. All children must wear closed toe shoes. | | | REGISTRATION - Registration begins April 1, 2008 | |
Please call the Education & Activities Office to register your child - 978-687-4029. You may also download a registration form, medical consent and release form is required for all children attending the program. Space is limited. | DROP IN REGISTRATION Drop in Registration is permitted provided there is an opening for that day of class. We would suggest you call the day before you intend to bring in your child. Prior to the child attending you must have all appropriate paperwork completed and pay the class fee at the Education and Activities office. | | | | |
DROP OFF & PICK UP Meet in front of the barn promptly at 9:00 am. Pick up is at 12:00 pm at the same location. Late pick ups will be assessed a $25.00 fee. Each child is allotted 3 schedule changes at no charge. Thereafter, each change is $5 per child. Note: Please park at the Farm Stand and Bakery or in the grass lot by the pond. Parking in the private driveways by the barn and along South Bradford Street is prohibited. |
